Add kelp to salt?

Thread Starter
If I want to add powdered kelp directly to sea salt (to supply iodine), what should the ratio be?

Some people have a separate shaker for it, but I want to add it directly to the salt and just have it in one shaker.

Thanks,
Laura

I don't have an answer for you, sorry, but I was wondering if unrefined salt like "Real Salt" (the pink stuff) already has enough naturally occurring iodine in it?
