I'm really glad. Not only for the couples, but also for kids. The last thing that we need to be doing is refusing to allow someone to house, adopt, and care for children.

I have long held contempt for those who say, "Well, the child is not going to be best off in a gay household!"

Really, so you are taking in all these children, yourself, then?

"Well, no, I don't have room, time, or finances."

So, the child should be homeless, then?

"I didn't say that, there are plenty of people who aren't gay who would adopt those children!"

Well, then why don't they? Why are the foster homes overflowing with children who are in desperate need of homes?

They usually try to argue that they're not. At which point, it dawns on me that I'm dealing with an ignoramus.

Yeah, I'm a little slow. :
