Hi, I am just beginning on this road for a variety of reasons. One primary one being dd's horrible tooth decay.
Anyway, I was wondering it seems that Kefir is very highly regarded and we do drink a lot of it. I was wonderig how it is different/more beneficial than yogurt w/live cultures?
Thanks, mamas

Yogurt contains transient bacteria while kefir has bacteria that attaches to the colon and much much more of it. It has the power to detox all of the organs and the blood. It will correct an off-balance ph level( the blood ph should be slightly alkaline, the colon should be slightly acidic and saliva should be almost neutral.) Kefir does this much better than yogurt providing overall better health. It provides yeasts that wipe candida clean and bacteria not found in any other products simaltaniously on the market. It has smaller molecules making it more digestable than yogurt. The bacteria in kefir eats the lactose and a good majority of the caseine making it ideal for people with sensitivities and it is the most effective remedy for allergies.
