(Well, I don't know if it will happen for me, but so many have come already that I'm just offering encouragement to those who want it!)


I have been nesting like mad -- cleaning and baking all day. This baby is one wiggly little thing right now, too.

i just realized that i've been walking around in a state of crampy twinginess for, oh, weeks! i am ready. i want to meet our new one. i have, in the last twelve hours: eaten a spicy taco, had sex, carried heavy things. too bad i can't convince dd to take a walk, but i'm gonna do that as soon as dh comes home. c'mon, moon!

I have been having crampy contractions for two weeks with no change in my cervix so I am not hopeful it will happen anytime soon but I wanted a wish peaceful and healthy labor vibes to all of you who go in to labor soon!

Oh I would just LOVE to labor tonight!! I've been having more contractions than "normal" this afternoon. I also cleaned my house like mad. I mopped the bathroom and the kitchen, vacummed all the cushions in the living room in our sofa and chairs, finished packing the birth center bag and putting all the paper work together, did laundry, put laundry away, got a pedicure, and I THINK....THINK THINK that I might be STARTING to lose some of my plug because the past 3 times I've wiped (sorry TMI, : ) there's been a bit of stringy mucous! YAH!

I guessed that my baby would be born TODAY..but hey..if I'm a few hours off I wouldn't be that upset! LOL!

happy full moon labor vibes! I go back and forth between wanting this baby OUT and not wanting my pg to end! It will definatly be interesting to see how many full moon babies we end up with!

This is exactly how I feel. I'm so ready/excited to deliver but I still want to be pregnant! Of course, I'm looking forward to meeting the baby too.

I'm SO going to give birth tonight! Yep, tonight's the night for me, becuase it's the full moon! There are 2 horses down at the farm that are ready to foal too, and we're all going to do it together tonight- I already phoned down and warned them it's going to be a busy night.

Seriously, though, I'm getting some pretty interesting cramps and I'm going to the bathroom tonight. Imagine!? After all my self-assuredness and proclaiming tonight is the night if I actually did!? It would be awesome! I"m trying to not get too excited. Dh says I'm willing myself into labour. However, today at my mw appt the baby had swivelled to a better position, the first time in about 10 weeks!

I have been having ctx since 7:30 but they are very dealable with regards to pain. With dd they started awfully intense and every 3 mins. These arent really anything I am timing . Maybe something is up for me. But I am most certainly hoping they dont fizzle out. I am hoping the moon will help keep em going.

I've been having some cntx all day, especially since I walked the mall with my dd waiting for her birthday pictures to be done at the Picture People. Then went for a ride with my dh in a big truck down some bumpy, windy roads.

Sounds like I was trying to encourage labor...but really I'm not! (I probably would've skipped both of those outings had I realized it was the full moon tonight.)

Lots of ELV to those who want them and I can't wait to see how many full moon babies we have tomorrow morning!

Gosh it was a beautiful giant moon, but no baby for me yet!

No baby for me last night. They fizzled out after I laid down. grrr... I guess it cant be too much longer right. I am 39 weeks friday.

Me neither- and the horses didn't go either. I'm still having the cramps, but I'm 39 weeks tomorrow, but I figure I could hold off for awhile yet! Too bad I couldn't see the moon last night- it was overcast. Oh well!

My three year old and I sat outside last night and enjoyed the beautiful moon! Stil a bit early here for a baby but the moon sure was nice!

So did we not end up with any full moon babies?

No full moon baby here. I did go for a 45 minute walk around midnight......... trying to channel the moon more directly. No luck but it was beautiful.

wow, it's crzy how many of us had ctx yesterday... i went for big hike and ended up with ctx every 4 min for hours....but it fizzled out. couldn't see the moon either

My family says you won't go into labor until the day after the full moon. Thats what I did with DS. So I'm hoping that happens again. So TODAY is what I'm calling for!

I think I will go out in the yard tonight and have sex under the full moon while eating pineapple.
Of course, I dont have much hope. My last pregnancy made it through 2 full moons and a hurricane. Blah.

Phooey. Nothing here either, and I couldn't even enjoy the moon because it was cloudy.

no baby yet here, either, but i was really crampy and yucky-feeling yesterday, and today have lost more chunks of mucous plug (probably because i'm such a cervix checker), cervix is more open on the inside (still 3cm outside, though), and i got a great adjustment at the chiropractor just now. i feel all buzzy with what's to be. i'm going to take a walk and buy some flowers before i go to pick up hazel from preschool. it's lovely here today. yay for giving birth in early spring.
