I'm so excited.
In a small saucepan, I put some honey and some high quality cocoa and whisked until smooth. I tasted to make sure the ratio was right on (sure, that's why). I then added some GF Vanilla extract and 2 cans of high fat coconut milk.
I do not have ramekins, so I make a big container of it. In the container that would contain the custard, I put in 8-10 gorgeous egg yolks. Whisked those and when the chocolate mixture was incorporated, poured that into the eggs and whisked that. I added this bowl to a larger bowl which was filled almost to the top (once the chocolate bowl was inside it) w/very hot water. I cooked at 300 degrees for like 3 hrs. Again, if you have ramekins you will greatly reduce your cooking time.
Very, very yummy
