allergies...

...are kicking my butt right now. is there anything natural i can take for seasonal allergies? i used some nose spray, and that worked for four hours or so.

i have had two restless nights sniffling and dealing with a dumb nasal drip sore throat, like 38 week sleeping isn't bad enough. :

Nettles has always done the trick for me, plus it is great during pregnancy. The other think that I have used nasaly is Xlear. It is a xylitol nasal spray and it is awesome to prevent or kick out some nasty infections.
