If I make a pot roast from some beef, will there still be anything left in the bones to make a broth out of, or is it all pretty much gone at that point?

This book feels good in your hands. The paper is heavyweight, and the illustrations flow perfectly.

I would say a lot of it would be gone, so I would add it to other bones when making broth but I don't think it would make very good broth with just bones from pot roasts.

Thanks, that's what I was thinking. I have tossed a lot of those bones and feeling bad that I didn't make stock with them if I could have. Now I don't feel quite so wasteful.
