I don't feel particularly sad or anything like that, just REALLY anxious and tense...and doing a lot of crying. I don't know if I'd call this PPD just yet. Anyone else feeling this way? I'm 3 weeks postpartum now. I had postpartum emotional issues after DS1, but they seem more intense this time. What are other mamas doing to keep this kind of thing at bay?

I haven't been too bad yet. I do fine unless something gets a little hard then I end up sobbing. I'm only 1 week pp so far so we'll see how it goes.
I hope someone else is able to give some good advice.
