My uncle passed away on Sunday morning. He had a ruptured aorta, was in surgery and then ICU. He never regained consciousness. He was a reasonably well known actor in South Africa, so his death made the news there.

Today would have been my grandfather's 96th birthday. He died last year. This is his first birthday since his death.
