Hi everyone, this is my first post--I've lurked a lot though.
We are expecting our second child on December 24th! It was totally an accident and the only way this happened if I ovulated way off schedule, needless to say, this was a big surprise.
We have a 2 yr old dd now. We've had a few miscarriages but I've now been diagnosed with a clotting problem, so we're hoping that by taking blood thinners that this baby will be fine.
I'm still having trouble believing I'm actually pregnant and spending much of my time in denial.

Due Date: early December
Pregnancy #:2
Family (partner and/or other children): DH and DS 15 mos
Birth Plans/Preferences: Hospital VBAC with midwife - I hope
Anything else you'd like to share: I had a home birth gone very wrong (66 hrs of labor). I was tranferred and ended up with a c-section. the whole thing was traumatic for me. so, I'm feeling a bit nervous about birthing again. This pregnancy came as a shock since I stopped nursing in Feb 07 and never got my period so I went to the GYN and she started me on progesterone to get me bleeding. That didn't work cuz it turns out I was already pregnant!
