OK this is the last time I'll harp on the negative

But I actually found an article about a Boston OB-GYN practice who warns against WTE.

"Expecting Trouble, the Book they Love to Hate" Jodi Kantor, New York Times, Sept. 15, 2005

I have What to Eat When Expecting because it has some good vegetarian tips on protein which I need right now... Everything else is just so so.

I thought the Girlfriends Guide to Pregnancy was funny. Totally shallow, totally not helpful as far as tips go, but a funny read none the less...

i cannot find my copy of birthing from within...ugh. i must have given it away or something...i'm so bummed. i need a new copy cuz i have loads to process. i only have what to expect revised edition (like that makes a difference...lol) and some other lame book. its cool for seeing how big baby is at each week and was cool for some other factual stuff like my feeling my uterus contracting/expanding at times...its a tightening...especially when i get stressed out...wowza. that is normal at about 8 wx (well not the stress but the tightening feelings sometimes). i need some new books too. low on funds so maybe i'll have to borrow from midwife or something.

what other good holistic ones have come out since 2002???
