I have a 'weekly challenge' for everyone! This is guaranteed to make you feel better about you, and therefore better about how everyone else feels about you! (Which is only ever a reflection of how you feel about yourself anyway, right?!) This is inspired by Denise Coates, author of Feel it Real. Great woman, fantastic book!
Pull out a notebook (or open a Word document!) and at the top of the page write 'What I love about me.' Every day for the next week, write as many things as you can that you love about yourself. Write AT LEAST five things a day. It might seem hard at first as many of us are not used to self-appreciation. But don't worry - the more wonderful things you find, the more wonderful things you'll find! LoA in action.

After day one, you might find it helpful/inspiring to start by reading your list to-date.
Remember, the 'smallest' thing at all is worthy of writing down... For example, "I love the shape of my lips" or "I love that I bake fantastic chocolate chip cookies". You could even start with "I love that I am giving myself this gift of self-appreciation."

Have fun, and don't forget to post at the end of the week and say how it went!
