I heard a HB!

I just got back from my 2nd appt with my midwife and was able to hear our babe's heart beat through the dopplar! I am flying insanely high right now

ETA: I should have refreshed my screen before posting, I would have waited to post this if I had seen WeasleyMum's post first... I'm so sorry, I wasn't trying to be insensitive...

Awesome! My first appt. is in 2 weeks, and I'm hopeful that I'll be able to hear the hb, I'll be 11 weeks.

Alisha, I am only 9 wks and 6 days so I really thought we wouldn't get to hear it yet. My MW said she just *knew* that she would be able to find it for me

I am still going nuts! :

I am green!!! I so cannot wait to hear that heartbeat. I don't necessarily think I need an early u/s but I am so anxious I would take one just to see the heart beat. I will be seven weeks this Thursday and will see the mw on Friday, but it's just too early to hear by doppler. Bummer!

Can't beat that feeling! We are due on the same date so hopefull on the 25th my OB can find the beans hb. Congrats on your newly heard hb...Laura

Awe how awesome! I was able to see our little beans HB on the US a couple weeks back, but I can't wait to go back the end of next week and hopefully *hear* it!

Hi Laura! It's so fun to be with a whole group of women due around the same time and I LOVE it that I have someone else to share an EDD with!

I'll keep my fingers crossed for all of you that you get to hear it at the next appt.
