Headaches? Help!

Is anyone else having headaches?

If so what have you found that helps?

I'd rather not take tylenol or other medicines so I was looking to see if anyone had any other remedies. In my last pregnancy the headaches were usually a sign I was getting dehydrated and if I just drank a lot of water they would go away, but that's not helping this time.

Any suggestions?

I have had a few but I take tylenol. I am interested to hear other solutions!

I've had a few too. I'm trying to increase my fluid intake and I've been taking tylenol.

a little bit of caffeine helps me- not much, but a little cup of black tea or iced tea seems to help me.

Also, something with a little sugar or just going to sleep for a bit. I hope your head feels better!

I've been taking Tylenol too. During my pregnancy with dd I drank Mt. Dew to get rid of my migraines, but I no longer drink caffeine. If you don't mind caffeine you may want to try that (and it only worked with Mt. Dew, not coffee, tea, Coke, etc.)

I did have a mountain dew. My guilty pleasure.

So today it seemed to come and go. One time I ate some cashews and that seemed to help but then it came back. Now its gone but I'm not sure why! Seems random!
