Headaches? Help!

Is anyone else having headaches?

If so what have you found that helps?

I'd rather not take tylenol or other medicines so I was looking to see if anyone had any other remedies. In my last pregnancy the headaches were usually a sign I was getting dehydrated and if I just drank a lot of water they would go away, but that's not helping this time.

Any suggestions?

PS - I'm actually due in December but I thought you guys might have additional suggestions since you've been pg a little longer!

Hmm, I've resorted to Tylenol before if they are bad enough. I have headaches often right now but mine are more sinus related and in the front of my head. I've been using a Neti pot for those and it helps a lot!

Hope you feel better soon!

Yup

I have headaches too. The only way I can usually get rid of them are with ibuprofen which is big no no for pregnancy. A friend of mine told me today about Panadol-I'm going to check with OB to see if I can use it and try it out. Hope your feeling better soon...Laura

hormonal changes can also cause headaches..so if you find that you are hydrated, your blood sugar is not fluctuating and there is no illness...it could be hormones.

My mom used to swear by eating raw almonds with her headaches (this was when I was a little girl ) and darned if it didn't work most of the time for me! LOL
