I got a bunch from Swaddlebees, some of the clearance BG 1.0s, and some seconds from the Montanas diapers store. Most of the sites have a mailing list you can sign up for to be notified when their outlet opens or their sales start. I know kissaluvs also have seconds sales....

Hey Mamas,

Since so many of us are diaper-crazy, would anyone want to do a DDC diaper swap?

Would we swap gently used stuff? I have tons of fitteds and wraps that I probably won't use much since I'm all about AIO's now.

I've been sewing and knitting for awhile now. I already have too much stuff for one little baby and I'm just now 21 weeks. I know once he gets here though I won't have any time at all for months so I want to be prepared to at least get me through the first year.

That sounds great! I admit it, I dug out the newborn stash today We used a service for the first few months, so all I have are covers, but I've got LOTS of those And of course I "need" more, since so many cute ones have come out since DD was new!

I just got an email from Cottonbabies.com that bumGenius 2.0 seconds (AIO & onesize) are on sale now - $10-$11 each! For anyone with an itch for diapers

I'm with you all on wanting to buy stuff right away, but I am trying really hard to hold out until after we move at the beginning of the summer, because I really don't want to have more stuff that I have to pack and move and unpack. I figure moving during the summer while I'm pregnant is going to be bad enough.

Thanks Shannon! I just signed up for their newsletter. I didn't know they have one, but I love, love, love Cottonbabies!!! I think I got the last of the seconds because after I checked out there was nothing in the Clearance section. I ordered 2 small AIO's and 1 OS AIO. I wanted to order more, but that's all I can do right now. I'm lacking the most in smalls.

No problem! I didn't CD my daughter, and I was so excited when the diapers came that I had to try them on one of her baby dolls so I could see how they looked "on". Hopefully the baby doll won't mind giving up her super cute diaper for the real babe...
Diapers are quickly becoming an addiction for me

I have diapers coming my way! I worked out a trade form some wool I posted on the TP. 3 S Fuzzi Bunz, 2 XS Happy Heiny's, and 2 S Happy Hempys. Woohoo! I cannot wait to fondle the tiny little diapers.

Shannon, , my dd's have stolen every nb sized diaper in this house for their baby dolls. When I first started making them I was ttc, so I couldn't tell them they were for a baby, but I've since told them (since I've become pregnant) that they can use them until the new baby comes, then the new baby will use them for a few weeks and then they can have them back. They seem okay with the plan right now, but who knows once I actually try to "steal" them from my girls. They honestly think they are doll diapers.

Another heads up. Montana Diaper store has some of their one size pocket seconds on sale.

I broke! I saw some under the nile nb fitteds for $6.50 each so I bought all that the seller had in stock! There were only 7. I totally would have bought more!
