Michelle...I sure do miss being vegan! I never felt better in my life and was able to maintain a low weight, no problem...with my Atkins-friendly DH I'm eating so much more meat and cheese, my cholesterol tends to be high anyhow so I'm a little concerned. I'm gonna focus more on a better diet once these food aversions lessen...at least I've been able to get in more fruit in the last week which is exciting. Anyhow, can you recommend some non-pregnancy reading for vegan diets (once baby comes) I'd like to re-negotiate my diet a little.
