I am 7w4d today. This morning I noticed my breasts are not tender anymore, except the nipple itself. I still have all my other symptoms- morning sickness, elevated temperature (took that just in case), moodiness, etc. I have not had any spotting at all.

Do you think I may be having a miscarriage? Or am I freaking out for nothing? My first OB appointment is this coming Wednesday- I just need to calm down till then. I may be overly paranoid because of my late loss last time. Thanks.

Honestly mama-I am not a midwife but I would not worry a bit....I dont have breast tenderness at all all symptoms flucuate in my opinion. I cant imagine the pressure you feel to make sure everything is right after the loss of your son. BIG BIG HUGS mama...be gentle with yourself I am sure this is tough and will be until you see that babes healthy face. Everything will be fine I pray....Peace and Blessings...DONT WORRY.

I am worried a lot, for some reason, that my symptoms keeps fading. My boobs are definitely less tender at 9weeks than they were a couple of weeks ago. They seem less full, too. But some tenderness fluctuates, and I still have m/s, and still pee constantly. I'll check my temp tomorrow - hadn't thought of that yet. I assume some fluctuation is normal.

I had some bleeding at 6w, and even though everything was fine on u/s, I've had a really tough time having confidence in this long-awaited pregnancy. I can imagine it must be very difficult after a loss such as yours. I just think this is a tough time of pregnancy - you can't see or feel the baby, so how do you know it's real?

Hang in there, mamma. Try to relax. Wednesday is not far off. I hope everything is fine!

I feel so much better. Thank you both. I am trying to just relax and enjoy everything (although I would hardly say I am enjoying morning sickness!) but I am trying to be very much in tune with my symptoms. Of course I am looking back at my loss and wondering if there were signs there that I ignored.

Do relax and enjoy. My symptoms come and go as they please. Some days I feel great and other days I am sick as a dog. I have NO breast tenderness but my nipples hurt like hell

my symptoms have been al over the map too, even within hours, it is weird, and it does make me wonder too, but i guess it is considered normal?? hang in there..

I've had a similar experience -- both the worrying and the fluctuating experience. I do think it's normal, as worrying as it can feel! Today my boobs don't hurt at all but I could hurl at any moment. Yesterday, the opposite - no m/s, but sore boobs!

Calm down and relax if you can. Yeah - easier said than done, but I've had coming and going of symptoms this whole time. I noticed my boobs weren't as sore, but then I became super hungry all the time, then that slowed and I was nauseous, then all that sort of went away, but I've been TIRED!

I had an u/s yesterday and all is well. So, it's normal for symptoms to come and go. I would worry if they ALL went away.

Hang in there and enjoy today - today you ARE pregnant! For me worrying doesn't make a loss easier to handle if it comes, so I'm trying not to bother so much with the worrying part and just enjoy as much as I possibly can.

I'm sorry you have some doubts about your loss and if you could have known sooner. A loss really does change things and a late loss is probably even tougher. Wishing you peace...

I don't have all the normal pregnancy symptoms. All I really have are constant hunger and the urge to pee a lot. I enjoy each day that our angel is growing inside. We have waited a long time to have our second child.

Our first child, a boy, was a true miracle! We didn't think we could have anymore children. So when we found that number 2 was on his way, we were thrilled but yet cautious.

Hugs to you. Try your hardest not to worry (so easy to type, I know) and try focusing on other things. I tend to overanalyze everything, so I've had similar thoughts before.

Not only can symptoms come and go, but our perception of them changes. We might notice our breasts more one week, but nausea the next, and then we wonder if the symptoms came and went or did we just stop focusing on them? It's enough to drive a woman mad.

I had tender, swollen breasts in the early weeks of this pregnancy, and now I don't notice them as much. My nausea switches between all-day and evening-only. I think your symptoms are normal, and so is your worry. Focus on doing things that contribute to your health (something you can do) instead of worrying about things you can't change.

My breast soreness was really off and on (some days they hurt a lot, some days hardly or not at all) until about 11 weeks, then it started to fade. Now I get a weird stabbing pain in them every once in awhile and my nipples itch a lot. Try not to worry about fluctuating symptoms. It worried me too, but for the most part, it's normal.
