Ahhhh....see the Universe knows what you most desire and it is available when we don't worry about the *how*. We receive all that we wish for when we are open to it. Sometimes that means our hands must be empty to receive what new gifts are unfolding without our knowing it.

You see, its just like I told ya.
Wishes can come true, if you believe in them with all your heart.
And the best part is, you'll never run out of wishes.
They're shining deep down inside of you.
'Cause that my friends is where the magic lives
Wishes! Dream a dream (fate is kind)
Wishes! Set it free (she brings to those who love)
Wishes! Trust your heart (the sweet fulfilment of)
Just Believe (their secret longing)
Just Believe (just believe)
Like a bolt out of the blue,
fate steps in and sees you through.
When you wish upon a star, your dreams...come...true
Make a wish, and do as dreamers do (just do as dreamers do)
Make a wish!
(Wishes!) Dream a dream!
(Wishes!) Cross your heart!
And your wish...will...come...true!

JIMINY - Ha-ha, see what a little wishing can do?

Bursting at the seams glad. Overwhelmed with the shift in my life. I would love to read You can heal your life with someone sort of like a book club if anyone is interested.

DD had the most fantastic birthday yesterday. She kept walking into the living room saying "---prise" and signing it over all the decorations. She loved all the homemade gifts and simple toys. She is such a joy to have in our lives. I have been thinking about her and the fact that I manifested her in more ways than I realize. I would love to talk privately with one of you lovely ladies if anyone is up for it.

Oh, and the biggie for yesterday. DH and I had a bit of time in the morning to talk before the kiddos woke - He is reading "The Sermon on the Mount" by Emmet Fox. He read me page 31, I'll just share a snippet..."The great Law of the Universe, however, is just this - that what you think in your mind you will produce in your experience. As within, so without." Can you see the shocked look on my face. The original copyright is 1934. We are both reading such different things and coming across the same ideas. These same ideas that keep popping up everywhere for me right now.

I am excited to be starting a treasure map on Tuesday and will keep myself open to what the Universe shows me.

I am manifesting some nighttime weaning for DD and better sleeping for both kids.

I am sending love to all my family and seeing open lines of communication.

I am loving myself and healing.

I am manifesting a week of fun activities with the kids.

I am knowing and feeling the abundance in my life.

Have a great day everyone!
I love the book Excuse Me and I love Lynn Grabhorn too!
I would also love to talk about your dd and we've just finished weaning so we can talk about that too!

Thanks Melanie but I really don't want to get into it, I removed my post -- I do appreciate the response though thanks

I broke my agreement with myself with posting something about my marriage, I rarely do that in life or online, especially online -- because a benign issue tends to get blown up into a huge crisis (not suggesting you did that, you totally didn't!!)

It's funny, last night I wanted SO BADLY to go to the store. But Kira just wouldn't go to sleep, wouldn't go to sleep. It was like she KNEW I was trying to "escape" and was waiting for the store to close.

Fortunately, when I did finally get to go, I manage to "accidentally" forget to take the cellphone, and she woke up once. She managed somehow to get right back to sleep by herself after DH heard the phone ringing. :

I think that, every once in a while, it's okay to "accidentally forget" to take your cellphone.

And when you get home, it's even okay if you don't do one of these about it, either:

Celeste - I got the *gorgeous* cards today! I love them so much! I'm actually going to sit down and snail mail some friends. It's long overdue and these are perfect for it.

The fixer-upper is wayyyyyy too much to fix now... I just spoke to the realtor and she said there's now a hole in the roof... lol lol lol Don't think so...

So, my question to myself is... How did we manifest ourselves the perfect house, yet it's beyond our budget and the owners probably won't ever sell cause they're indecisive...

What am I to learn from this... That's my question today....

Blessings Ya'll!! Have a fantastic day!!

So the birthday party is postponed till next weekend, because it's snowing like crazy at their house and the roads are terrible, and not only ds but another guest is sick today, too. Reportedly the birthday girl is unphased by this and is happily racing around the house with 36 balloons to herself!

Did this strike anyone else as funny, or just me? Between dh being, well, dh and ds being a nuring-happy toddler, walking around naked would get me plenty interrupted.:

I was having a great time with it for the first few days and then I totally forgot about it!

I think I'll do it some more this week.

annalily,
and enjoy that cell phone! I need to manifest one of those, too....

I remember being little and liking hugging some ladies because they were so big and soft... my mom is, too.
I wonder if I could like *my* belly because it is flabby and soft? Might work, actually, because I can remember when it was smaller and firmer, and I was longing to get pregnant... so soft and flabby is a victory of sorts, no? And I like that I don't have stretch marks. The scar.... well, I like being alive, and having ds, so yeah. Maybe I should write VICTORY! across my belly.

Thank you Devon and Momtwice for posting this morning! You both gave me the push I needed to ask for help. Momtwice you posted about safety and joy for a relative traveling and I thought "okay I'm going to post about ds as soon as i'm done reading thr thread. but when i got to Devon's post about Italy I had to stop reading and post.

Y'all I am totally drowning in fear right now and I can't get out by myself. I need help! My 11 yr old ds left yesterday for a 2 week trip to Italy with my dad. Yes it is a wonderful opportunity. and the trip they have planned is amazing. they're doing a week of volunteer work at a school in south italy with a global volunteer organization. and then they're sightseeing for the 2nd week. and my dad is very safety conscious. and ds has been to camp before (5 days, in state) and did fine.

but this trip is really triggering the control freak part of me. which actually, (damnit!) i'm grateful for because i have been wanting to work on that. My mind is going wild with all these awful scenarios. I have a terrible tension headache and i can't sleep. can somebody talk me down?

thanks
Can you take another dose of your remedy?

I feel those anxious things too. I end up creating awful scenarios in my head. Ugh. I agree with the Rescue Remedy approach, too.

I have "accidentally" forgotten my cell phone, too I really don't mean to, but I usually end up being glad I did. It's hard to be "on call" 24 hours of every single day!

How about you skip all that and just say "We have manifested ourselves the perfect house." and go back to "I wonder how the Universe is going to work out the details? It's so fun to watch and see!" And maybe add in some "We deserve our perfect house." If the current owners are indecisive, that's good because they are changeable and the Universe can work with that! And remember "It is this or something better!"
At the top of this page as I write is an ad showing a woman luxuriating in a bath... and it pops into my head to suggest you imagine yourself in the new house and luxuriate in it. Can't hurt, right?

mamaautumn, how awesome and beautiful! I found a caterpilar on me yesterday but let's just say that wasn't quite as magical... How wonderful for your DD, too - it's so amazing as a kid to get up close to nature like that!

Sepia - seconding what others have said - EFT has really helped me when I have anxiety that I can't shake off. Also, are you getting enough sunshine? Even if it's cold, spending 15 minutes daily with skin exposed to sunlight (even indirect) can really boost your mood. Sometimes I get in a big funk and have no idea why - then I realize I haven't really been outside for a few days! Yes, I'm very observant!

I haven't gotten to hold the check - yet. I think I'm going to ask our Exec. Dir. if I can go to the bank with him on Monday! We are thinking of ways to thank our generous donor - any ideas? We'd like to throw him a party we're so giddy with gratitude, but he's a private person who suffers social anxiety so that's out of the question. What is something really nice we could do (maybe farm-related?) without intruding too much into his life?

AprilDaisy - You gotta let go of the outcome! Both houses, or neither one, have to be acceptable to you - whatever the *Universe* leads you to. Once you've let go of not just the how, but the specific "what" in your head, then you'll start seeing signs again. Those signs WILL lead you to your dream home.

For instance - the $100,000K donation. Ive been going CRAZY writing grants these last few months. And feeling bad about it the whole time - stressed, frustrated, kinda hopeless truthfully. And then I remember the girl with the volleyball game hook-up - if it doesnt' FEEL right, it's not going to help. But of course I can't stop writing grant apps - that would be strange, and my project team would FREAK. So I keep doing what I'm doing, but I also start daydreaming... what if some wealthy person just GIVES us the money? What if it is totally effortless? :

Another thing I've had a lot of success with - thinking of myself as a dream-tracker. Like a native american animal tracker who can see animal prints in the dust, I'm a dream-tracker that can see the signs leading to my dreams clearly despite their subtlety.

When I think of LOA this way I start seeing signs everywhere! Ideas repeat themselves in multiple areas of my life - for intance, stumbling upon the raw food idea:

1. It showed up in a post here on MDC - random.
2. I'm browsing cookbooks and there's a rawfood un-cookbook in the middle of the meat section - coincidence.
3. I'm watching bad TV (Tyra repeat and she's got a diet show on raw foods - SIGN!

When I start seeing things like that, in patterns, I know I'm 'tracking' something!

Can I just say how grateful I am to have a day where I could make the time to read 5 pages and actually reply to a few of you?
