I've always loved RRL tea...it's great for cramps and general ick feelings too, but I actually like the taste. Then again, I've never noticed an "off" smell/taste to valerian, and most people think valerian stinks worse than old socks!
So I'm not a good judge of flavor I guess.
Earth Day here has been sunny and warm. Of course, it was snowing just a week ago so I'm afraid of saying (again) that Spring has sprung. But maybe it's srung a little bit? I really REALLY want to go to Lowes or the Home Despot and get some flowers for the hanging baskets and back deck. And I discovered today that my two rose bushes didn't make it through the bizarre winter weather (the roots seem to have melted away?). So I'd like to get some new roses and move them to a different part of our back yard. It's a teeny tiny back yard (about 12 feet deep and the width of the house) but I think my nesting urges have moved outside with the warm weather.
And DH is upstairs right now finishing the ceiling in what will be the new family bdroom. We're using that anaglypta/paintable wallpaper stuff on the ceiling so it looks like tin. It's pretty neat.

: Way to make a mama paranoid! My doctor says that I'm actually measuring 2 cm ahead in my fundal height, so it's just got to be the way I'm carrying - really low and kind of compact. Bean's measured a few days bigger than her dates all the way along and my family makes chunky babies (close to 9 lbs), so I don't even get to enjoy the thought of smaller belly = smaller baby = easier labour, either!
