discharge? mucus plug? random stuff?

I have had some "increased discharge" the last few days (sorry I know its gross) and today had a big blob of it. Its white. Could it be the mp starting to come or is it just stuff?
With DD I lost my plug all at once and it was a big blob of gray snot.

Sorry to intrude, but I'm curious, too. Over the past several weeks, I've occassionally noticed a clear/white snot-like substance on my underwear or on the tissue after wiping. It's just a small amount each time I've seen it and it's never been anything but clear or white. Is this bits of the mucus plug? I'm 33 weeks and 5 days along and didn't expect to see anything for at least a couple more weeks. Is this normal?

Well, for the past couple weeks, it looks like I am blowing my nose in my pants whenever I go to the bathroom! Ew, I know. But this am I lost a huge chunk of white snot...and I never did that before.

Mine came out over the weekend in big thick blobs (mostly after poops) and it was brown/bloody looking. (eeew!) Today I got about 2 tablespoons of clear watery stuff. Aren't we having fun with discharge!?

When I was preggo with DD my muscous plug started out as clear white and snotty. It did that for a few days then it turned dark yellow and then blood was mixed with it.

I guess I had always assumed that the mucus plug all came out at the same time, but I'm gathering that's not always the case. When it's coming out in bits and pieces (TMI, sorry), when does it normally start happening? I mean, when is it too soon to start seeing it?

Mine came out all at once with ds1 and I never saw it at all with dd or ds2 but this time, Ive seen it off and on for weeks. But it IS telling me something. The first time I had it, I dilated. then I didnt see it for a week and no progress, it came back, I had dilated some more. It went away, no progress, it came back, HA, more progress. Im 3cm now. Havent seen any in a few days but it will be back!

I learned a couple months ago to just wear panyliners as I was going thru so many undies....primarily from, um, leaking pee. Now I change the liners frequently due to that and the discharge. Lovely I tell you.

About a week and a half prior to giving birth, I started producing a lot of mucus - like several pantyliners and even several panties a day. About 3-4 days before giving birth, it slowed down. The mucus was always clear, yellow-y, and stretchy like egg whites. The day I went into labor, I had a tiny bit of pink-tinged mucus. I really didn't have any other bloody show until I was in active labor and transition.

Wow, I'm glad I'm not the only one who has to use multiple panti-liners and panties during the day to combat all the fun discharge and pee leaking out of me. My best paranoid thought lately has been, "geez, I pee my pants so much that I could actually be ruptured and not really know it."

At least there's some payback for the every 15 min bathroom visits when you get to check "what-the-hell-has-come-out-of-me-now"?
