Dear members of Congress,
Recalling all previous resolutions: The Constitution of the United States, The Bill of Rights, etc.
It is a fact that George W. Bush has flagrantly disregarded all of these previously drafted resolutions, which are the very foundations of our democracy, and he has shown repeatedly he will continue to do so.
It is a fact, that George W. Bush poses a threat to the security of the American people. Our intelligence has shown that he possesses weapons of mass destruction, has the means by which to deliver these weapons in 45 minutes or less, and he is currently seeking to obtain more of them. He has used similar weapons in the past, and has also stated publicly that he would not hesitate to use these weapons pre-emptively.
It is a fact, that he has links to many terrorist organizations, and represents a party that has provided financial support to many terrorist regimes in the past. He is a threat to his neighbors within the region of North America, and to North American interests in all parts of the world.
It is a fact, he is guilty of human rights violations. He is currently undermining our Constitutional Freedoms and rights as citizens. He has shown repeatedly that he hates democracy, prosperity, freedom of religion and the American way of life.
It is a fact, that George W. Bush has repeatedly lied to the American people, and continues to block efforts to promote full disclosure of what his administration’s true agenda is, and the means by which this agenda will be implemented.
It is for these reasons, that I am introducing Resolution 1441.5, authorizing the use of ”whatever means necessary” to get this tyrant and all those associated with him out of public office, and to remove the above stated weapons of mass destruction from those who have what may be termed as "an itchy trigger finger."
The goal of Resolution 1441.5 is complete and total disarmament and regime change, so that the oppressed American people may be Liberated, and so that Bush and his accomplices may return to the dark recesses of the Piggly Wiggly check out lane from whence they came.
It has been shown that voting is no longer an option by which America can rely on to ensure that their collective will be carried out, so I will lead a coalition of the willing, armed with BB-guns, firecrackers, bottle-rockets, garden weasels, weed-wackers, sling shots, rocks, hammers, pitchforks, etc., to disarm this regime and restore peace and democracy to the region.
If George W. Bush will not disarm voluntarily, he will be disarmed by force, as is outlined in Resolution 1441.5, Article 7 Section 5A.
