I thought it might be fun if we made predictions about birth and baby so we can look back and see how close we were. If you don't know the gender of the baby include your prediction Here's mine:

Birth: May 2, 2007...in the afternoon
Baby's weight: 8lbs 2oz
Gender: boy (but I already know this!)
what baby will look like: Very small amt of light brown hair, Daddy's nose, Mommy's forehead.

I can't think of anything else, but feel free to add to yours

K I'll bite. I think we did this a while ago though... someone should dig BOTH threads out and see what the comparison is between the two predicitions and reality.

I predict:
May 13 (family tradition to have first child born on mother's day)
9lbs 3 oz. and LOOOOOOOOOONG, like around 23.5 inches
boy (no idea really, but i've had a boy feeling all along, so has dh)

We did, and we should... I know my predictions have changed since the last thread.

Date: May 23rd--I just know this pregnancy is going to drag on to at least 41 weeks! hehe.
Weight: 8 lbs.
Length: 20 inches
Other: Still thinking girl, but have come to terms with and am perfectly OK if it is a boy--as long as he likes baking. I'm hoping for the red hair from the dad's side, too, but Jeff himself thinks it's a terrible thing to wish on a kid!

well my DP's original prediction was the 24th, and it just now occurred to us that the 24th could mean APRIL 24th, not May 24th...!!

Baby's weight: either 7 lbs 5 oz or 8lbs 12oz
Gender: boy (saw this again today)
what baby will look like: chunky cheeks (saw this today too), he seems to be long and the doctor could not get over today how big his feet are. if the measurement is accurate (8cm), he may need to point his toes just to get out. I hope that he has dark hair.

May 2 is a full moon??? That's my prediction for myself, but now I'm actually hoping its more like May 9.

what baby will look like: red hair, blue eyes, and a lot like daddy. (We had a 13 week u/s and seriously, the baby already looked like my SO..it was so freaky I didn't want to say anything aloud because I thought the tech would think I was nuts, and then my mil piped up with "The kid looks just like SO!" He also emailed the picture to a friend of his who said "Man, this is kind of weird..but the baby looks exactly like you already." So it wasn't just me

Birth Day: I had a dream I'll go into labor late the night of my "due date", and the baby will be born before the sun comes up on the 25th.

Sex: I say girl (we didn't find out) and she will have some dark hair when she's born, not too much but she will lose it and be blonde in a couple months.

Weight: I think she will weight just about 9 pounds.
