Anyone else love this show??? I record it every week. I think its awesome. This show has been the one that helps me make changes. I applaud discovery health for this show! Anyone else a fan?

Yes, I really enjoy it, too. I'm active on the forum for her show. There is a lot of good information passed on by several members in particular.
