Our Baby is Earthside!

It's a GIRL!

After about 3 hours of contractions - and only 20 minutes of actually thinking it could be real labor - our little girl was born at home, in the caul just before 7:10pm. She weighed 7 pounds, 10 ounces and is 18 inches long. All the kids were there for the birth and just love her to teeny tiny pieces - its very sweet to see them with her.

She is such a content baby and an excellent nurser! We are still working on her name, but I think I know what it is. I'll update when its official.

omg CONGRATS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! She is adorable. Whats up with all these super fast labors around here!??!!?!
