What do you do with younger kids

Hi,
I'm thinking of homeschooling my son who is in 8th grade...my question is for those of you with younger kids also at home, (my youngest is 3), how do you keep them occupied while working with the other kids?
He is very demanding of my attention (and it would probably get worse because he's used to it being just him and I during the day).

Thanks!

I have a 3 year old we've just started doing some preschool with... So if yours is three, there are plenty of activities (coloring, playdoh, puzzles, sorting, stacking, threading, etc.) that you can do with your younger one to keep him interested - helping him learn more while you HS your older one.

Right now our challenge in our home is keeping an 18 month old busy while I work with my three year old... Hard... But we're getting through it :-)

Take a look through this page on preschool/kindergarten - underneath the box of articles are annotated links to lots of websites that have fun ideas for little ones. I'm sure you'll find lots help there with projects you can put together that will keep the little ones busy and happy. The older one might even enjoy doing some building for puppet stages, playhouses, etc... Lillian
