I think I'm finally having this kid!

I'm the last one of us March preggos and I think finally it's my turn to have my baby! I was dilated to about 4 cms this afternoon when DH checked and I've been having contrax all day. I had a few that were actually strong enough that I had to stop doing what I was doing and wait it out. It was awesome! No pain yet, but at least my body is DOING something!

Yay!

DH checked this morning and he thinks I'm dilated a bit more than yesterday. We're guestimating about 5 cms! Plus he was able to put his finger in and feel the baby's head which was really exciting!

I haven't had any contrax today, but they woke me up at about 2:0 this morning and kept me up for hours, so with any luck they'll kick in again and we'll have this baby this weekend!

Yay!

Cry cry...

Still no baby. I've been in labor for 3.5 days!!! It keeps starting and stopping, but I can't imagine it can hold off much longer. Sometime this week I'm having this baby!

I had contractions on and off (not quite labor most of the time, but STRONG contractions, and several a day) for about a month before he was born. Not to discourage you. They weren't as much as you're having now. But my point is, when he finally did come, he came fast! My body just spread the work out so that it was more do-able. I bet that's what yours is doing, too (only over a shorter time!). I hope you're holding that babe in your arms in no time!

I'm in labor for real now...

I lost all of my plug, having bloody show and my contrax are getting harder! They're about 45 seconds long as 5-7 mins. apart. Yay!
