I could (and will!) phone a couple of home improvement stores, but wanted to see if anyone here has first-hand knowledge and experience to share...

Have you ever repaired a stippled ceiling?

Can you install an undermount sink (kitchen) in existing cabinetry which will have a new countertop on it? Or do you need to buy a different cabinet?

a) Test for asbestos first.Then use a heavy duty scraper and scrape it all off.

b) Yes, ask your counter installer for details. Any base cabinet can be modified if need be.
