Anyone have regular contractions/false labor?

Since Friday night I've been having contractions at regular intervals for hours. I know I'm not in labor yet but I'm starting to wonder when it will happen. Friday they were exactly every three minutes and mildly painful but mostly just like very strong BH. After a few hours they stopped. Same thing happened yesterday and today. Anyone else experiencing this?

I had it every day from the 4th to the 10th. Contractions all day long. Then it stopped. Went a week with almost no contractions. Now it's picked up a bit. I had contractions every 3 mins last night and thought that might have turned into something but no. Sort of getting a little : I think it's helping though. Baby is finally engaged at least and I'm effacing.

Not yet this time, but had a lot of that last time. Had several times of is this?? and no, it wasn't - but it does seem that it was doing something because I was 6 cm at a dr. appt and hadn't had contractions that day.
