I can't get the thing to thread right, I guess. Its making me 
: It was given to me and the lady threaded it and set everything to work..... but little fingers said oh how cool what is this for *tweek tweek, fiddle, pull, yank* 
now I rethreaded it and it won't serge for nothing. so I call the white c/s and they said make sure its pulled under blah blah blah so I did. still not working. any tricks I need to know? LOL I threaded it according to the video or maybe not.
