On another forum I frequent a few weeks back one of the moms with an older boy was asking a foreskin question. Her son is intact and he was having some pain. It sounded as if he was going through the seperation process. She was going to take him to the pedi but was worried because her ped was pro-circ. I explained seperation to her and she cancelled the appt.
Well today the thread suddenly popped back up. One of the other moms who is pregnant and due with a little boy at the end of July. She said she had been planning hands down to circ her boy but after reading my info and reading through the links I had provided (noharmm and mother's against circ) that she was now on the fence.
She wanted to know how you care for an intact boy. I told her he would have an essentially maintenance free penis that would need only to be wiped down like a finger. I also told her my story about circing my own son and my deep regret.
