Round ligament pain when rolling over in pm still

I seem to still have lots of pain in lowest right and left areas when I roll from side to side at night, anyone else? I have to breath and rub it out. I thought that was mostly supposed to be in the beginning.... but this #2 preggo has been worse in many aspects x2.

yes - i am having that. i didn't have it at all early, but the last few weeks, if i am not careful when i roll over in bed, it really hurts! it feels like i am pulling a muscle in my lower belly. it seems to be worse on my right side than my left.

You're not alone, I get it, too, occasionally. - had a doozy of a pain while flipping over during a massage! And about a month ago I was getting out the pool after a swim (first time I'd swam laps in ... years!) and I just couldn't get out! Had to wait it out and swam more backstroke laps.

I too am having it, but not too often. My chiro is working on that dumb ligament every week--so you would think it would be fine...but its still hurts some times!!
Ok--but what does not hurt at this point?? :

I feel a lot of round ligament pain when I am driving. There is something about sitting right now that I find terribly painful, usually on my lower left side and definitely when I roll over.

My MW said to roll onto my hands and knees before getting out of bed, that is the only way I do it now. Haven't had weird loud popping like I did a few months ago when I would turn from side to back to side. But lately I sometimes have a little pinch right in one labia (or the other) when I'm just lying on my side. Haven't found any solution to this, just waiting it out for the last few weeks . . . .
