A Worldwide Peace Movement

Begins at home. The home inside each one of us.

Welcome to the Great Undoing.

It's always a beginning. . .

It is my honor to formally introduce MDC to The Work of Byron Katie.

I am a graduate of The School for The Work, a facilitator of The Work and have practiced it personally since 2000.

I cannot put into words how much this simple yet powerful method of self-inquiry has changed my life for the better.

It is truly mind-blowing.

The Work is not a religion and is compatible with all the world's religions.

The Work simply consists of four questions and what is known as a turnaround.

Below are some links that demonstrate how The Work works as it is a living tradition and cannot be described righteously enough with just words, in my opinion.

My current favorite Byron Katie video is Open Heart Surgery

People who do The Work faithfully
report life-changing results

Eliminate stress: Live without anxiety or fear.

Improve relationships: Have a new sense of connection and intimacy with your husband or wife, your parents, your children, and with yourself.

Reduce anger: Get angry less often and less intensely, and eventually not at all.

Eliminate depression: See perfection in situations that were once debilitating.

Clarity: Act more intelligently and effectively.

Energy: Experience a new sense of vigor and well-being.

Peace: Learn how to love what is, and find lasting inner peace.

Peace be with you.

If I had a prayer, it would be this: “God spare me from the desire for love, approval, and appreciation. Amen.” -- Byron Katie

Aha. The desire for love is very strong. I do wish I could quell that desire. It would make for a lot less lonely Liz.
