I know! I've got almost everything. All I need now is big-mama pads for the after-flow and some fresh ginger.

I just got the last of what I need for baby too.

Guess all I have to do now is clean my house. I'm hoping some nesting will kick in.

I got mine about a month ago and have been stashing birth supplies in my bedroom. It's really weird to see it all sitting there! It's just waiting! lol

I'll be oredering mine this week. My mw has her customized birthkit waiting for me at in his hands. Of course will probably order more mama pads for the after birth flow. I can't believe it has been this long!!!! Just a few weeks left mamas!!!!!!!

I still haven't developed any nesting instinct of my own this pregnancy.... I'm just bopping right along like nothing important is supposed to be happening 8.5 weeks from now.

I was so excited when mine arrived last week, my dh was like woohoo, chux pads and a sitzbath, yipee! (note the sarcasm). But seriously it made my day. I am finally starting to get everything together, we're moving tomorrow so I can't wait to get to my new home and really set it up and nest.

I am still undecided on the homebirth but thing we will prepare for one regardless ... do you need a sitz bath and what is the ginger for?

My mw has her own birthkit that we buy at the office - I guess I might buy it at my next visit.

Also - was thinking about olive oil. I have never been able to find a small bottle of olive oil. Do you think if I use a baby food jar - washed and sterilized - that I could fill it with olive oil from one of my new big olive oil bottles?

I'm curious what the ginger is for too, nausea during labor? I think I have everything I need already too. I can't believe some of us are going to be full term in a few weeks. Pretty soon we're gonna have a birth announcement thread!
