There was a show about this book on Martha Stewart Radio last summer or autumn.

The book was all baking with whole wheat, and how to finally cook with nothing but whole wheat and have it taste delicious. The recipes involved SOAKING THE FLOUR! I was so pleasantly surprised to hear about this book, but only remembered it the other day and I can't find it on Amazon since I don't know the title. If you search for whole wheat a million things come up!

Any ideas?? Or do you know what book I'm talking about? From what I remember it was definitely published in 2005 or 6.
