If this is the wrong place, please move it.
So I was in my local Target today, and I needed toothpaste, and saw the formula aisle. There was a sign that said "Please limit your formula purchase to so many cans or so many bottles." I forgot the exact amount. I asked the sales clerk why, and she said she didn't know. I mean, if a certain kind was on sale, I could see why, but this was a generic sign. Anyone know what's up with this?
