Well, my nursing bras are size DDD and I definitely qualify as plus every where else, and I haven't had a problem. I do wear nursing bras 24/7 for the support, but I 'just do it' when NIPing too. I usually toss a blanket over my shoulder so I can get us arranged comfortably, then it can come down, or I can put it under the baby to cover the tummy roll. I just ordered some nursing tanks for summer, so we'll see how those work out.
