Hi,
I was just reading "Fit for Life" and the author talks a whole lot about proper food combinations. Like never eat meat and potatoes (protein and starch) together. Always have fruit on an empty stomach and don't combine different proteins, such as dairy and animal meat and their other things that he mentions too. Basically never have eggs, bacon and toast
:
Do any of you do this with TF? Does it make sense? It makes sense to me, but I guess I am wondering if it really matters. Gosh I would hate to give up some of these food combos, but will if it really would help our bodies.
Thanks for any thoughts
