at a hotel kitchen

We have to go to a family reunion next month, and we are staying in a hotel with a kitchen for two days. We have a long list of food sensitivies where eating out is extremetly difficult (that is without a consequeces.) I'll be taking coolers with prepared foods that they eat everyday, like home made yogurt, etc. But, what do you think would be helpful to take with me?

When we travel, we always stay in places with kitchenettes for largely the same reason. I always call ahead to find out exactly what's in the kitchenette so I know if I need to bring anything.

We did this for weeks at a time last summer for my husband's job.

What I did was take meals I had put into gallon bags and frozen previously so I could thaw and pour it into a crockpot. I'd start it in the morning on low and let it go all day. Then add a salad, raw veggie or simple cooked veggie and the meal was done. So clean-up was simple with a minimum of dishes.
