Vanilla yogurt recipe?

Can someone share their recipe for vanilla yogurt? We made yogurt last night and now we want to turn some of it into vanilla yogurt.

I'm just not sure how much vanilla and honey in.

We just make it by the bowl, I don't stir it in to the entire container. Just start with a little and taste, you can always add more. Maple syrup is good too

I use 1 1/2 tsp of vanilla plus 3 tablespoons of sweetener per quart of yogurt.

we do that per bowl too...and instead of honey ( we have the raw, thick kind, unfiltered ( sometimes with bee parts still in it which is often too hard to stir in, we use maple syrup....and just a dash of vanilla...

You can soften raw honey by putting it in a small bowl and placing that in a larger bowl of hot tap water

Thanks!

LOL Yeah, we found the honey rather hard to stir in. I didn't even think of maple syrup! :P Next time we will either use that or warm up the honey a bit.

It turned out great though. DH was so excited to eat yogurt that he made. (He did it all himself!)
