the midwife just came to check on me, baby's heart tones are good, fluid still clear still no contractions but baby was posterior and is now anterior (thank god) she said to take it easy tonight because she already has a mom in labor so I won't be doing jumping jacks till the morning

still nothing I went for a walk this morning for an hour before the kids woke up, hopefully that helped with positioning and something will happen

THe midwife insists that 95% of women (term women) go into labor by the 24 hour mark but there's only 5 hours left till then and nothing is happening

I cannot stand how adorable that photo is!!! This is torture for all of us still-pregnant mama's!

So glad that you listened to your intuitions and still got to have what sounds like a very fulfilling birth! Thanks for sharing!
