Woohoo! TF diet is good for me!

I just got the results back from a life insurance health exam. They did blood tests for cholesterol, glucose, etc.

My numbers rock! So, nanny nanny boo boo :nana: to the people(in real life) who laugh at all that raw milk, cream, butter, bacon grease, lard and red meat in my diet. I'm gonna keep on eating raw ice cream on my oatmeal for breakfast and using gobs of butter on my veggies.
Anyone care to join me?

I will join you! Here is a nice bubbly glass of kombucha

I will even eat a dinner of soaked and cooked pintos, grassfed chuck roast cooked in the crock with cumin, and CSA veggies to celebrate Maybe some Double Rainbow ice cream for dessert.

Yes, that's my experience too! My cholesterol went down 27 points and my good cholestero increased. Yay saturated fats!

Unfortunately the opposite thing happened to my DH's cholesterol. His LDL went way up and HDL went way down! But he's otherwise obviously much healthier. It wouldn't worry me if it weren't for the fact that we have to buy a bunch more life insurance this year and his numbers put him in a bad category

YAY!!!!!
I forget the breakdown, but my TOTAL cholesterol was 120!!!

and im a huge ole fatty they were clearly thinking was going to have HORRIBLE numbers....ha-ha!

My DH has gotten thinner, healthier and more fit. I wonder how his actual numbers have changed?
