What were your child's symptoms of dairy intolerance?

I suspect that my almost 2 year old dd is very sensitive to dairy. I'm almost positive that it isn't an allergy, since she doesn't have any obvious allergic reactions. But dairy is absolutely her favorite thing in the world to eat, so before I take it away, I would like to see if some of your children had similar symptoms. Thanks.

My son has a dairy allergy, his symptoms included excema and hives.

Other people may experience vomiting, diarrhea, blood in stools or other digestive complaints.

My DS2 tested neg for dairy allergy but is definitely intolerant and will actually refuse any and all dairy foods. If he or I eat dairy (he is still nursing and even a little dairy through my milk bothers him) then he has terrible reflux symptoms, mucus in his stools for several days, tummy aches and wakes up all night long miserable. He started with this as a tiny infant (had combo formula/bf for first few weeks of his life before switching to totally bf) and it still continues at almost 29 months.

When DS was an infant he had mucousy, blood-streaked poops and lots of screaming when I had dairy. DD never had any poop issues but lots of screaming and now (at 9 months), late night crankiness and sleep problems if I have dairy.

My DS (2.5 years) has behavior issues when he has too much dairy.
