May Room Challenge: Playroom/Spare room - Page 3

Well, I've gotten some decluttering done. The ceiling fan is hung! I've gotten about 1/3 of the old, nasty wallpaper down. That stuff is such a friggin pain in the butt!. I'm hoping to get the rest down by the holiday.

Since I just joined the forum, I sat out on the May challenge - when will we have a June challenge??? :

(that and my playroom/computer room is pretty well organized since we just painted etc last month.) Here are some photos of the room

I like those toy organizers, I think they look so handy. The one thing I would change, would be the standing lamp placement. I think it would look safer in a corner, or in an area away from the trampoline. It seems kind of dangerous there?

I found the toy organizer at Target - a little less than ones I saw online and no shipping charges.

Sadly, that's pretty much the only place the light can go. It's plugged into the outlet that is controlled by the light switch. (DH broke the plastic knob off for the on off switch years ago - so it's stuck in an on position.) DS always holds onto the handle when he uses the trampoline so it's not a huge risk. The lampshade is plastic. He's used to the light being there and doesn't mess with it, and, he doesn't jump unattended. (and I'd rather have him jump by the lightweight light than by the 40 lb Mickey mirror - which would be the other place the trampoline could go.)
