My oven is caked with greasy goodness. Does anyone have any hints on what to try? I was thinking a soft scrub of baking soda and liquid soap and a lot of elbow grease, but something a little easier would be great.

Clean Home Clean Planet takes about ovens I think....my copy isn't handy. Anyone? I think she lets a wet baking soda paste sit overnight and then does something in the morning....helpful aren't I? Maybe someone else remembers better...

this sounds pretty easy (the general easy oven cleaning - middle of the page). Havn't tried it myself, though.
