blisters on and off?

Hi--My babe is 7 mos. We had a lot of BF challenges at the beginning and it took 3 months to establish without the need to pump and finger feed. I also had a yeast infx that lasted for 2 1/2 months and began while she was in the NICU. It was really horrible and the pain extended into my back. After this all was cleared, I had vasospasms from the nipple trauma. This went on for 3 months with some compression lines on the nipple after feeding. Now the nipple flashing happens only occasionally and the compression lines once in a while. I have had blisters on and off and my LC said it was from the vasospasms. I have worked with 5 LC's and all say latch looks good and no problems with her tongue. So now still coming in and out of days with blisters and times where they go away. I am not sure what else to do to prevent it. She pulls back a lot at the breast and has always moved around a lot while feeding. She had an oral aversion after the NICU so trying to limit her movements seemed to make it worse. I still work on the damn latch but not sure if that is it either. I guess I could try another LC. Any suggestions? Similar experiences? Thanks
