DD1 came at 40weeks 2 days, induced.

DD2 came at about 38 weeks, spontaneous natural labor and birth. We aren't exactly sure about her dates, according to LMP dates she should have been 1 days shy of 40 weeks but when she came out she had so much vernix on her we had to practically shovel it off! My m/w said there is NO WAY a 40 weeker should have that much vernix on her, so we went with AROUND 38 weeks.

My 1st child was 39 weeks, my 2nd was 8 weeks early and my 3rd was 39 weeks. My last 2 dc were uc births and with my 1st I had no induction, epidural or anything like that. My 2nd and 3rd labours were far shorter also.

Later, and I had a longer labor too!! But pushing with DS took about 45 min, and it was between 5 and 10 min with DD...

First labor was induced, about 49 1/2 hours. (I had high BP.) I was 41 weeks.
Second labor was not induced, she was 1 week or just shy of 2 weeks late, depending on which due date you used. My labor started on a Friday, stopped for a bit of a rest on Saturday, then resumed Saturday night full force around midnight. I gave birth Monday morning! So you count the hours. I can't bring myself to count them! Ugh!

Both of mine came at 40 weeks 3 days, according to LMP.

DS was born at 39 weeks exactly. He was induced because we were evacuating for a hurricane. I was already 6 cm dilated and completely effaced so I let my midwife break my water, I wasn't prepared to do a UC beside the highway.

DD was born the day before her due date.
