Should I be taking prenatal vitamins with DHA? I am currently taking the Rainbow Light one a days, but my OB recommended the Citrical with DHA kind and gave me a few samples. The DHA pill is a gelatin capsule so I haven't tried them. I think I can order vegan DHA online, is this important or will I be okay with just the ground flax I use in baking?
