Allergy Elimination THerapy..

Anyone heard of using NAET for toddlers? Is this only for adults, or can small children undergo elimination therapy as well? DD has severe food allergies to at least 4 groups and maybe more that didn't show on the test...

We just started NAET with my ds. He tested allergic to all of the basic 10. We have dome the BBT, egg mix and calcium so far. I do see an improvement so far. He is not clear (he has eczema) by any means but he is sleeping a little better at night. My ds is 2 and for the last few months he has been up scratching practically all night long. Since we started NAET, he is at least getting some relief. We are very early in the process so I don't have much to offer yet.

Oh, they do use me as a surrogate. He holds the vial or puts it in his sock and sits on my lap and I have my hand on his bare stomach. She then muscle tests me using my fingers. It's definitely weird!!

Yes, NAET can be used on infants, toddlers, and even pets. As mentioned by the pp, a surrogate is typically used in these situations.

I am just looking into this now too. My DS has eczema, multiple food allergies/intolerances. I wonder, if I am used as a surrogate, would I be cleared of the allergy too?

The surrogate part is weird though...I've done surrogate testing before and thought it was "out there"! I'll ask my naturopath...I'm seeing her next week!:

Right now we're trying to find an alternative for the substitute foods she has to eat since she can't have dairy: I'm not a big fan of long term soymilk for babies (she's been on soy since 3 months old!) so hopefullly I can induce lactation! (Never lactated before in my life...and she's never breastfed!: )ETA: I'll have to ask my naturopath about that too: I'm already taking blessed thistle & fenugreek, but she'll probably have an exact dosage for me etc.... (Yeah, I digress!)
