I'm looking for a place online where I can buy organic dried beans and lentils. I thought whole foods had a service where you could have things shipped to your house. When I looked at their site I couldn't find anything about it.

I would really like to find chickpeas and red lentils. Yummm!!

Have you tried:

http://www.healthy-eating.com/

They have some beans. I don't know if they have dried beans or not.

That looks like a great site. Thanks for the info. They didn't have any dried beans, just canned. They did have some other stuff I might try though. I have found some online places where you can order dried beans. I'm hoping someone can point me to a good site. My lucky w/ ordering things online lately has been......not good. You just never know what kind of service/product you are going to get.

I am on an online group that co-ops Frontier Foods. The link is:

http://health.groups.yahoo.com/group/ANLOnline/

Frontier has all kinds of dried beans and other organic products. I don't know why I didn't think of them before. I think you may be able to order from Frontier as an individual as well.

http://www.frontierherb.com/index.html

However, through the co-op, the prices are cheaper. Anyway, Jeny orders almost every month from Frontier. Once you're a member of the group, you put your order in the database. Pay Jeny for your order plus the co-op fee. Once the order comes in, she will post your shipping fee. You pay the shipping and she will send it out to you. She also co-ops some dried fruits and veggies and all kinds of other cool things. Give it a try.

Tell her that HippieFairyLover referred you.

Amazon has them - search under "gourmet food" You can check seller feedback before you order.
